I bought the "Albrecht MAG31 DAB+ magnetic base aerial + amplifier band III, 3m cable + SMB connector DAB+ magnetic base aerial with amplifier" - now I have better reception in the countryside too.

Rather compact front screen antennae sticks to the top right of the windscreen unobtrusively. Cable can be easily hidden in the screen pillar until it has to come out to reach the DR57, that is not easy to solve. Depends on the car. Cable is rather stiff.
