Yes, it should work, according to benchmark this should not be a problem in FULL HD.
In 4K UHD, it should also still be possible.
A larger SSD would round off the whole thing a bit, then you could also install these games on the SSD, which would give an additional power boost, because 128 GB are quickly gone.
