Are there any specific requirements for the unit to work? The input works and the power supply also lights up (with and without USB), but I just can't get any output. I have tested it with various HDMI cables.

Helpful answer
My experience:
The splitter must be constantly supplied with voltage from the power supply unit.
(Only then connect the HDMI cable of the source.
Keep the HDMI cable between the source and the splitter as short as possible <=0.5m.

It didn't work for me the first time either. Then I disconnected the splitter from the mains again, switched off the PC, reconnected the splitter to the mains and restarted the PC. It worked straight away, unfortunately with the wrong resolution. Changing the screens (port 1 to port 2 and viseversa) helped. Since then it has worked perfectly.

I have connected the splitter to my TV box and connected 2 TV sets to the outputs, TV1 1.5m HDMI cable, TV2 12m HDMI cable and both TVs work without problems.

I have already tried it with a power supply and an input cable of 0.25m. Unfortunately without success.
