Are these controllers compatible with iOS13 and, for example, with an iPad?

It works from iOS 13. Although it is already possible to pair the iPad and the controller of the PlayStation 4 with each other, it is not yet possible to operate games on the Apple tablet with it. This should be possible at the end of the year after the iOS release.
