Hello Ahmad, to your question. Whether you can also use these flash units from Elinchrom on other cameras, YES you can! You only have to pay attention that you have to specify the flash cable or speedlight unit you are using in the synchronisation device for the camera when ordering! So for your Sony camera you need the right cable if you want to trigger the flash via cable. Otherwise buy the Speedlight for Sony. LG Christoph
