I have already changed the tips and can say that they work.
The only pity is that the hardness of the tip cannot be selected and the delivery includes a 2H, B, HB tip.
The original is HB.

As far as I know, the pen of the Surface Pen 3 is unfortunately not interchangeable. :-( These are compatible for the new pen...
