As is so often the case, Digitec's product description is too cheap, unless customers invest their free time to help other Digitec customers: important information is usually missing, often it is wrong :-( What is the difference between the two models? ❯ "Jabra Evolve2 75 MS" ❯ "Jabra Evolve2 75 Duo MS"

The two headsets are technically identical. The difference lies in the USB dongle supplied. The offer with the manufacturer number 27599-999-899 is supplied with a USB-C dongle and the 27599-999-999 includes a USB-A.
