As soon as the unit is paired with a mobile phone (Apple and Android), the buttons on the Beoplay no longer work. You can't even switch off the device. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it possible to reset the Beoplay?
I also had this problem at the beginning. It works fine again after I deleted the app, reinstalled it and deleted and reconnected the A1. Otherwise, B&O customer service will help and usually replace the device.
I can only say that the keys must also work coupled. Unfortunately, I don't have a solution. At best, you have to replace it.
