Because of the constant postponements (3x), I cancelled my order with Digitec and ordered directly from Steelseries. Order was placed on 07.01.: https://imgur.com/nfRajtW Package was delivered on 11.01.: https://imgur.com/6y333T4 If Digitec can't or won't do anything about the supplier's annoying deadline slippage, it makes sense to order directly from Steelseries.

I did the same. Digitec gave me delivery times of approx. 5-7 days. After 2 months, I still didn't have the headset. Then I cancelled the order, ordered it from Steelseries and the headset arrived in 4 days. I still had to pay customs fees, but well, at least it arrived on time.

I'm afraid I don't understand your question... but I think it's good that you showed courage and took the step of cancelling an order and ordering directly from the manufacturer. Respect! Have fun with the headset
