Big problem, I received this monitor in the post today and wanted to install it straight away. My goal: to improve the workflow at the workplace. But so far I have only had disappointment. The package very succinctly says: "...simply connect the monitor with USB-C. Very good compatibility...." Unfortunately, that didn't work, nor did the HDMI connection in conjunction with the USB-C. Power is supplied from the USB and that's it, the display always says no-signal. Our PC in the company, high-end with all connections, the latest technology, but the monitor can't seem to handle it? I've already tried a lot of things, even in Windows settings for multiple monitors - I just don't get anywhere.

Under Windows Updates, try installing the optional updates.
This could help at best.

For reference, try connecting a personal tablet with USB C 3.0 to the monitor.
(Note: USB C 2.0 does not work).

And: Samsung S series with DEX should also work via USB C.

My devices work flawlessly (Win 11 Pro, Linux) with direct connection via USB C or HDMI to the monitor.

Otherwise: Return the monitor.

Good luck, I hope it works.

Sincerely
