Bildwiederholfrequenz (Standard) 50 Hz but mentioned 75 Hz which is correct? can i directly charge and use type c as extension cable for dual monitor purpose,?

USB-C: Yes, the T27hv-30 has a USB-C port with up to 90 W Power Delivery → so you can charge a notebook directly.
Two monitors in series (daisy chain): Yes, this is possible. The monitor supports DisplayPort 1.4 Out (MST). You connect the first monitor via USB-C or DP and the second to the DP-Out of the first.
