Can 2 Logitech Unifying receivers (i.e. on 2 devices) be connected to a K400 Plus CH layout keyboard? So that one keyboard can be used to operate device A and the other device B via the keyboard?

No is not possible. The keyboard can only pair with a Unifying receiver.
For your application, the keyboard must be able to "Easy Switch", e.g. K780 https://www.logitech.com/de-ch...
