No, that is neither intended nor useful. The scanner works perfectly with the computer to which it is (must be) connected. All the necessary functions can be called up directly on the scanner's touch screen. On the connected computer, "fine adjustments" are possible. Good luck!

I use the scanner daily/intensively. I don't think you can connect a keyboard. But I don't see the point of one either. You can create enough profiles directly in the manager that can then be called up on the scanner touch screen as short commands/macros. This could be, for example, "Scan to eMail xyz". Or "Scan to Dropbox as PDF with OCR" etc.

I can highly recommend the device.
