There are not so many technical differences (small deviation in diagonal length, number of USB ports...). But basically these are mainly different country versions, which can be noticed by the last of the manufacturer's numbers XZG/XEN, so a power adapter may be needed (we usually send this free of charge). For LC49RG90SSRXEN
it explicitly states that the monitor is also factory calibrated, which should allow for better colour fidelity (unfortunately I could not find out if this is also true for the other one).
