Oops, I forgot to add that. To categorise music tracks according to specific genres, it is important that the corresponding music genre is also correctly introduced in your MP3 file. You can easily check this in the properties of the MP3 file in Windows and add it if necessary.

According to the instruction manual, music tracks can be categorised by artist, album and genre. However, I have never tested this option on my player.
