Can I change the display to digital digits? Or put another "layer" on the display, like a background change with digital digits? Can the clock display Outlook appointment reminders, for example? Can calls be displayed on the clock at the same time?

Yes, it is possible to choose from a wide range of different dials, including digital ones. The watch can display Outlook appointment reminders. And calls can also be displayed and answered.
