Can I change the language of Microsoft 365 Home (German) to English? Why do you sell different language versions and no English?

The various sold languages are just the packaging and as you may know, since this is Switzerland, we speak a few different languages. Unfortunately english is not an official language here, so there is no such packaging in Switzerland.
