Can I connect this monitor to a MacBook Pro M3 Max with a single cable (Thunderbolt) and use the highest resolution and Power Delivery?

I use my MacBook Air M1 and M2 in exactly this configuration and it works great with full resolution, Power Delivery and Ethernet. Will also work with the better M3 Max without any problems.
