Question about JBL Reflect Flow
Can I control the volume directly on the headphones? Seems obvious, but is not possible for many.

no, only play/pause, siri/alexa, next track and aware mode can be controlled on the headphones.
Volume must be controlled via the smartphone.
That's not quite right! If you press the button on the left headphone, there are three different levels for adjusting the volume.
