Question about somfy Connectivity Kit

Can I now connect the Connectivity Kit or the connected devices with Apple Homekit or do I need the Tahoma Switch for this? This is stated on the official Somfy page, but Homekit is not listed here in the product description... This is also criticised in a review...

The somfy Connectivity Kit is sufficient for this. I have also connected it to HomeKit this way.

No programmes and/or scenes can be defined with the product. There would be a limited diversions via IFTTT, but we didn't want that. It only allowed us to open and close the roller shutters via our mobile, which was not an added value for us. This product did not fulfil our desired purpose, so we sent it back.
