Can I plug this Bluetooth dongle into any Midland walkie-talkie (e.g. Midland G18 Pro) and then connect it to my Apple Airpods Pro or other Bluetooth headset and use it to listen and speak?

No, unfortunately this does not work. I thought so too at first, as it is not described very well. This Bluetooth dongle only works if you have a large Midland radio that you could install in a car.
