Can I replace the batteries or do I have to go to a Swisscom branch? Do I need special batteries?

Helpful answer
The phone is supplied with rechargeable NMH AAA battery cells. If these need to be replaced at some point, the cover of the battery compartment can be opened without tools, so you don't have to go to the Swisscom shop.
