Can I return the monitor if I find dead pixels or backlight bleed?

So I have exchanged for excessive backlight bleeding and dead pixels. It will always bother you and it's anything but normal. It's a manufacturing defect, so it wasn't sealed enough around the edges. I've now switched to EIZO and they don't have the problem because they do quality control. But it also costs more. Buy a monitor from a manufacturer other than ASUS and AOC, otherwise you will put your foot in it.
