The WD19 is designed to connect a Mac or PC with multiple screens. It cannot connect multiple PCs. However, if you simply want to connect a Mac to a PC, in theory you could do this with a USB-A to USB-C cable or with the adapter above. However, connecting a PC to a Mac is not straightforward. There are different file systems that collide. That's not so trivial...
