I think that would hardly work - see steiner_mario. The protective film should cover the whole surface - because "magnetic" binding - and with only 15" on a 16" screen there would be an approx. 1 cm empty, unprotected screen strip. Kind regards, Wolf

I don't think that would work so well. The film is exactly the same size as the screen and the film is held to the edge of the MacBook with magnets. That's why you can't easily mount a 15" film on a 16" screen.
