Can I use the Dell WD15 docking station to charge the Dell XPS13 laptop via the thunderbolt 3.0 cable? What does the wattage (130W) refer to? For what purpose is the 130W no longer sufficient?

You can charge your device with the requested docking station. However, if several monitors and devices are connected to the station, this does not work.
