Hello Peter
Of course! But I have the lens myself on a full-frame Nikon (FX), so the 200m at the bottom is very much in the telephoto range... With your D5600 (DX) with crop (x1.5) the lens gives you an angle of view of approx. 300-750 mm. That is already a super telephoto. So if you already have a lens in the 70-200mm range and are looking for a super tele (e.g. for safari or similar) then it's perfect!

But if you don't have any other telephoto zoom, then I would think carefully about the purpose for which you want to use this lens! Otherwise, a 70-300 or something like that might be more ideal...;-)

Greetings
