Can it be that the Hz rate is limited by the graphics card, because with my Gtx 760 I can only set 144hz I have tried everything it does not go higher. I know it is 2021 and I game with a Gtx760 . . . . . . . Help

Have you already tried with DP or only with HDMI?
Furthermore, the setting under display settings/advanced display settings/adapter properties for screen/monitor and select 240Hz there. That worked for me and I use DP.

I have the same problem, mine is even limited to 120 Hz but I'm pretty sure it's the graphics card. Not the screen
