The sync from Movescount to Strava works very well.

The watch currently has very few "smart watch" functions. For example, only message/call notification is supported. So you can't control the music.
Movescount offers a connection to other apps (e.g. also Strava). See: http://www.movescount.com/connect
I myself use the watch with runalyze. But I have to export every move manually (as *.fit) and then import it manually into runalyze.
