Can my desired scenario be implemented? Control the Hue Calla (or another Hue product) via remote control or App (e.g. light up red). The motion detector should switch the luminaire to white light and then return it to the old state (in this example, light up red).

Yes, the configuration is very flexible. After the movement action (e.g. white light), the hue lamps can be set to the previous status (e.g. red light), switched off or set to a new status.
