Can other 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm speakers be used instead of the corresponding speakers ?

You can try it - but I wouldn't connect any speakers that are "too demanding". Serious speakers need more power from the amplifier than this power amplifier can deliver. I would rather consider the system as closed, i.e. do not connect any other speakers.

The lower the impedance of the speaker, the more demanding it is. So if the output power (RMS) is 120W at 3 ohms, then that is very respectable for this price range. The small 3 Ohm speakers supplied are therefore already very demanding, which also explains the powerful sound. 4 Ohm speakers should be possible without any problem, although Panasonic clearly warns against using other speakers in the user manual. Either the amplifier unit is permanently optimised for the speakers or this is marketing nonsense to avoid poaching in the territory of other amplifiers.
