Question about Samsung Smart M7 M70B

Can someone explain to me why this monitor costs 269 chf and another M7 monitor costs around 400 chf. I tried to find out the differences but couldn't find anything. Specifically, it's this other monitor: S32AM700UR. And can a:e buyer:in tell me what the viewing angles are like? Since it is a VA display, I would assume that it is not on the same level as an IPS display.

The M7s with 3840x2160 pixels are very well equipped, you can even use them without a computer, for example, just connect a keyboard and mouse and then log into Microsoft 365 is enough.

Technically, all these M7s are identical if the resolution is the same.

The viewing angles of a VA panel are not bad, there are no problems like with a TN panel. The viewing angles are 178 degrees for both directions, so in principle just as good as with an IPS panel.
