Bluetooth cannot be switched off separately, and there is no reason to do so.
However, you can use the headphones without a music source only as noise cancelling headphones, if that was the question. However, they must be switched on and if there is no Bluetooth connection, the headphone cable must be plugged into the headphones. Otherwise, it will switch off automatically after some time without a Bluetooth connection.
