Can the tablet also be connected to the PC with a cable or is that only possible via Bluetooth? So the USB port is not only for power or similar?

yes, definitely. you can also use it with a cable. everything is included.
One advantage of this cable is that it is an angled USB cable and you can route it neatly to the back.
The tablet is charged with the same cable.
