The device can only receive audio via Bluetooth - sending is not possible. This is the case with all car radios.
If you want to make it complicated, you can connect an audio cable to a Bluetooth transmitter at the rear of the output socket. However, I would not recommend this tinkering and it is not a permanent solution, as you also have to supply the transmitter with power.
