My Laptop charges with 60 W. However, using another Laptop the device could do faster.

Yes, absolutely, the maximum output is 140w and I use it with my Apple 96w charger with no worries.

The maximum power output is 140W. I use it to charge my MacBook Pro 16  M1, a very demanding laptop in therm of power input. This is a very capable battery.
