Can this headset (Jabra Evolve 65 Wireless) also be used with a microphone on the left ear or are there versions that support a microphone on the left side?

No, unfortunately not. Unfortunately, the microphone can only be used on the right, as it cannot be rotated 180°, which would be necessary for use on both sides. There is no version with the microphone on the other side.
