Can this keyboard be used in parallel on a Mac and a Windows PC? The special keys such as Windows (Start)/Option, Command/Alt would be marked accordingly.

You can use the keyboard in parallel, I do that myself with a MacBook and a MS Surface Book. You can save 3 devices, just have to select the other memory when switching and then you can change the device. Logitech also offers a switch function via an app, without you having to change the memory, but this doesn't work for me yet.

My answer is a bit late, but still: Yes, you can use the keyboard very well for both systems. With Logitech Flow (and the recommended MX Master 3) you can easily switch back and forth between the systems. By the way, you can also copy the clipboard memory at the same time.
Logitech Flow runs via WLAN (or the transfer of the clipboard).
