If you have ordered the game to be picked up in Bern, you will receive a pick-up invitation by e-mail as soon as it arrives. Unfortunately, we cannot promise whether it will really be there on 7 December. However, we make every effort to ensure that the stated times can be adhered to.
If you have not ordered the game for pick-up, it will be rather difficult to pick it up, as we try to cover the orders first.
