OK, I'll answer myself: the datenblatt shows only 1 M2-2280 slot already occupied, so no expansion possible.
As for memory, this 16Gb module should do the trick: Crucial Laptop Memory (1 x 16GB, 3200 MHz, DDR4 RAM, SO-DIMM)
