That should be possible.
It's been a while, so I'm not quite up to date with the definitions, so please excuse me if I get some of them mixed up.
As far as I know, with the TI-Nspire CX CAS, to solve a quadratic equation you can use "quadratic completion" or the solve() function.
However, you can also use a graph to find the zero of a parabola, for example, or use the midnight formula.
