You can sync your Polar Flow account with Strava, then it should upload automatically.

From the Polar website: "You can now automatically sync your workouts from the Polar Flow web service to Strava. All you need to do is connect your Polar Flow account to the Strava service and you can see your workouts in Strava too!"
