The digital stylus from ESR is specially designed for Apple iPads and supports tilt detection and a fine tip. It is not designed for Dell laptops, as these usually require other active pens with specific technology (e.g. Dell Active Pen with AES or EMR). Therefore, using the ESR pen on a Dell laptop is generally not compatible. Dell laptops usually require specially compatible pens, which are listed in the Dell compatibility list.
