What time did you pre-order? It still says "probably the day after tomorrow". I ordered at around 8:30 a.m.

I have received a confirmation email that I will receive one for the release. Mine says probably tomorrow, it said today. According to customer service, they're shipping the consoles today so you'll get it tomorrow. But that can change depending on how busy the post office is.

I received the confirmation email in September that I would get them on release.today it says in the order tomorrow does that mean they will start shipping tomorrow or I will get mine tomorrow?

Same "problem". The hotline can't make a statement either. Ordered on 17.09 at 8:30. Then I received an email confirming that the PS5 would arrive on 19.11. And now again "no details". Pffff

I didn't receive a confirmation email, or I was told that I wouldn't get one on the release day. digitec had a lot of cancellations, however, so some of them slipped "up" and it could still be enough. I still have "expected the day after tomorrow". Wait and see and keep hoping :-)

If you do NOT have a confirmation email then there is no Day 1 console. How many times, please? But beware of the partly ill-informed chat-MA, who then promise you a console anyway. They seem to have a problem with the delivery status.

I'm sure you'll be able to get the console on day 1, but if you don't get the confirmation by email the day after you order, you won't get a console on day 1, so they said you'll get a confirmation by email.
