Hello, I don't quite understand what you mean, so I did some googling. If you mean that the FN key works as a multimedia key instead of a normal function key (which is what FN actually means), there are two circulating solutions. Either print FN+ESC and if that doesn't help, the disable action key option in BIOS. However, this may not help either, as certain HP users write. A BIOS/firmware update may also help.
