Question about Corsair Virtuoso Wireless Carbon

Dear Community I have been using the Virtuoso (not SE) for about a week and have the following problem: I'm currently playing CoD Warzone and whenever I connect the USB dongle, it interferes with the PS4's wifi connection and the game freezes or I fly out. If I interrupt the headset connection to the dongle, it works again. My questions: 1) Is there a way to fix the problem? I have to say that the router is one floor up, but I never had any problems before I connected the new headset. 2) Alternatively, I wanted to connect the supplied AUX cable to the PS4 controller, but then only the sound works, but not the microphone. Is this the case? If so, are there alternative AUX cables or adapters? Greetings

Unfortunately, I can't help you directly because I don't have a PS4.
But have you already updated the latest firmware version for the headset (and dongle) via ICUE on the PC?
Maybe it works better if you use a different USB port.
However, I would recommend NEVER to play via WLAN. If there is no LAN in your room, you can buy a poweline adapter....
