Dear Galaxus Team, I recently received my Neo Classic, with a battery charger, but unfortunately with an English plug on it that I can't use. Is this usual or has something been mixed up? Thank you very much for the always prompt delivery.

Please contact our customer service and let us know which charger you have received, as there are two different variants (interchangeable cable or wall plug fixed to the charger).
