Despite synchronising my Fitbit watch, it indicates that it is not connected to my App on my phone .... What's more, the screen remains black and shows nothing at all. Thank you so much for your help!

Dear Indira,
Is your Fitbit not charging properly?
There is a small charging part that you have to connect to the back of the Fitbit and then connect it to a USB charging plug.
