Do the keyboard and mouse each have a separate transmitter or is it one transmitter for both?

They are probably supplied with one receiver each. However, up to 6 devices can be paired with one Unifying receiver (can also be changed afterwards) and thus operation with only one receiver is possible.

I'm not 100% sure, but since both are also available separately, I think they each have their own.
