Ja/Yes, it fits. Canon KP-108IN (212339) and Canon RP-108 (5839748) differs only in a way how papers and cartridges/inks are packed. If I remember correctly in KP there are 3 inks for 36 pictures and RP has 2 inks for 54 pictures.

Also be aware of different sizes and different kinds of papers. KP-108IN - are 100 photos, size of 100 x 148 Gloss (Glanz), KP-36IP are 36 photos, size of 100 x 148 Matt (Matt), but KC-18IP are 18 Credit Card size Matt photos and KC-18IF - are 18 Credit Card size stickers as well as KC-18IL are 18 micro-stickers. For Credit Card printouts a different tray is needed: PCC-CP400
